Quick and easy, make a Single Level tunnel,

Make a Tunnel entrance, then click on its properties. Assign it as Blink Group 1, then check the parent box. All entrances need to be a parent. Then just line up the tunnel sections inbetween entrances with the correct "z value" (height) and assign each tunnel section to Blink group 1. Then make the exit or other entrance to tunnel and assign it as a "Parent" to blink group 1 as well. VIOLA!!

If its reletively a simple and small tunnel, you will have no problems. However, if its a large tunnel with many sections all on the same Blink group , you will have a drop in framerates.

Blink groups basically tell your computer what needs to be "rendered" or displayed. When u start making large multi level maps, you will need to assign more than one blink group. The above tutorials will definately help.
