How to erase Linux partition from PC?

How do I erase a linux partition on my hard drive? I have vista installed on one hard drive and fedora 10 linux installed on the other hard drive. How can I remove the linux partition since windows doesn't recognize linux partitions?

Windows may not recognize the partition, but it should still see the harddrive - Telling it to reformat I would think would cause it to delete the unknown partition and format it. Thats what I would try first.

Second would be to use the format command from cmd - again, it may not recognize the partition as a linux one, but you still should be able to delete the unknown and setup a windows compatable partition.

Thirdly, go to your harddrive's manufactur's website - download their low level format utility - fill the drive with zeros - format using windows.

Just make sure you are selecting the correct drive - would stink to go through all of this, only to realize you formated your windows drive lol
