New current

I havent been very active lately, but ive returned in search of... i dunno, the scrolls revealing where the holy grail is. Anyway, in the meantime ive been playing an MMORPG called EVE, and using a screenshot, i made this sig=

one thing that keeps happening, is after i upload it it becomes muddy, what extension should i save it under? ive been saving it under jpg (highest quality) but i keep getting digital noise whenever i upload it ¬.¬
