yea... i fixed it
 

my puter os crashed a week ago ,I salvaged my files re formated
the drive and re installed windows 10 and my novalogic games.
then all of a sudden after an update dfx2 and dfx stopped working.
saying my video card did not meat specs... i tried updating all drivers
video and chipset directx and .net 3.5 sp1 but no go...just for the fun of it i
downloaded ,net 3.0 and installed it and that fixed it...

.net fixed the games? Weird :/

yea i know it looked like the .net was installing some direct x files
whats weired was i had all ready done that...it was working fine then after a Microsoft update it no longer worked.. i thought my video card had gone bad...
