Scarf Changer v2 Features 10 Different Flag Necks (aka "Scarf Necks") to Choose From

Instructions
-Open Scarf Changer V2
-Start Delta Force 2
-Go back to Scarf Changer v2 and Choose a Scarf Neck
-Go back to DF2 and Join a server, the Face/Neck will Now show

CB Facts
-This Mod works with CB
-All Flag Neck's Included here show up to Everyone in the game, even thouse who are on CB
-Even If your not using CB while using these they will still show up to everyone In the Game

Other Facts
-This Mod works with All Player Slots (it auto detects the Slot your using)
-These necks DO NOT give anyone any type of Advantage and they DO NOT give Sys Dumps
-These are NOT skins, They are Unlocked Armpatches that are shown around the Players Neck
-These Flag Necks and Faces show up with Ghillie, and they DO NOT cause any sys dumps
-Flag Necks can also Change depending on the Map's Regional Settings : Jungle, Desert, Snow

will i can say i don't care for it, make them standout more.

not say it a cheat or anything it, only like a bullseye on the neck.

patch (Flag patch) on the shoulder would be better off or on the right side of the chest.

on the neck don't think even in combat they would have a Scarf flag around the neck.....unreal.

i glade they was lock away.

i have to ask what happen if you use it and go into a server who not using the mod for this, do every one have to have this mod active or you still can join in a none moded? server

i be redoing my system in next 4-5days i'll get back and test this out.

i seen other type of items like to see that: Ninja Mod : Reloaded sounds cool

everyone can see it, whether they have this proggy activated or not.

df2 has a little bit of client side data, one part being the code for your characters skin. it is just a little hack that can be exploited to incluse the data for a flag rather than a piece of cammo.

bad coding by nova to some extent, but ppl always find ways of changing things.

it was a pretty exclusive hack, few ppl knew wich address to change to activate it, but now every monkey will be using it.

You can go into ANY server and they will work just fine for you and
These won't show on every one else (unless they're using this mod)

This is not a skin, so if anything, it can give a disadvantage but overall it's fine
