Just a Quick post from Civil Unrest to all squads who are looking for a Server Host for your game. Below I am providing a list of names and why you should steer clear.
I would like all to keep in mind that we have a great squad with members who donate on a monthly basis....so we were not in search of a cheap deal per say. We at CU feel if we pay our bill and the server provider DOES NOT DO what they say, then the squad that was messed over should tell all.

EA= These guys were just bad in every way. They never gave us full control over our own server, and would kick out *CU* members just because they were better players. We had no ability to punt or ban players(EA felt they should do that for us, great huh?). The would allow their members to come into the server and cheat...then they would ban any players that were able to get a SS of the cheater. When we paid our first bill we were able to play in our server for nine days.....with no reason or refund.

Game Monsters= A fine example of crappy customer service! November 14, 2006 our server goes down, and four days later we finally received a reply to our: 10 ims, 4 emails, 3 phone calls, and 2 support ticket submissions. After this issue was solved, the problems progressively became worse. FTP map problems, and constant ANACONDA login problems for ALL four admins. We try our best to pay the bill without any problems.....and this to is a great problem. They NEVER send a bill(and they have seven contact emails), and the link provided in an email specificaly provided for Credit Card payments is DEAD...no link.

We are currently compiling a database for crappy SERVICE PROVIDERS, if you have any you would like me to add to our list pls email me. Provide the name of the company and the problems you encountered. I hope that by doing this we can help make the BHD gameing enviroment a better one.
