How do you get a password for the FTPs? Forgive me if this is a dumb question, I have never been accused of being very smart.

Kinda defeats the purpose of a "public ftp" to put passwords on it.

The latest info on the Cuba Libre trademark by Nova is that there is a priority action as of Feb. 28th 2008 which sets forth certain requirements for the applicant "Nova" , they have 6 months to respond to this or the application will be declared abandoned.

If they meet the requirements within 2 months the application will be given priority in processing for the trademark.

Cuba Libre , the english translation means to FREE Cuba, and given the power transfer of Fidel Castro to his Brother could make for something interesting even if the game isn't based on that current event. Cuba remains a dictatorship.

So we know that Nova registered, www.deltaforcecubalibre.com . Most if not all of their other trademark applications were filed normally but Cuba Libre was filed with priority action, meant to speed up the process.

I don't know how much this deals with Angel Falls or Black Ops, but I have not yet found any info regarding those names actually trying to be trademarked by Nova. It could be that Angel Falls will show up in the database in time to come, we will have to see.
