what does firefox do?

Firefox is an internet browser :), i ussed to run it, but recently changed to MyIE2 which is almost the same, but with more security :)

I use mozilla, its the big package. For a light package, browser only, u could use Firfefox.

i have IE6 with Windows XP Service Pack 2 i had no pop-ups at all. i not even using any pop-up stopper of any type at all.

using:
1-Spybot - Search & Destroy (using mainly)
2-Ad-Aware SE Personal (new check every frig-day)
3-Spy Sweeper ( they redid it over better mainly)

i don't have any anti-pop-up program at all other then Service pack 2 it do a real good job killing pop-up not one got by it at all. not even flash pop-up i have not seen any of them ether.

i don't believe in them tool-bar that says they can stop pop-up why they are what i found is loaded with ad-ware cookie to them thats ICQ & MSN tool-bars. best stay away from them if you can. use Spybot - Search & Destroy it really kills them off if you fully instill it with the tree it will block bad cookies too that are ad-wares.

yea i dont use a pop up block either, i think you get pop ups from goin to websites and they attach to your ip or something maybe cookies i dont know anyone know?

That's the BEST Rainbow Six picture i've ever found! And i'm glad to see you guys using custom themes. I hate people who use the default windows theme! I'm using a windows glossy version as my theme.

Actually those ##%$^ ing websites install a small little program, that launches pop-ups at random, and often popup-blockers don't work against these. You gotta use something like Spybot - Search & Destroy. And if you're having a REAL big problem and can't get it to go away, just use System Restore to set your PC to the day before you got the problem (if you remember)
