It has not been PROVEN that the Queen has met this man. Unless I go to her directly, I will never know. I'm not saying that he doesn't exist, I'm just saying that there is evidence that he doesn't exist.

If you really want to know, why don't you go to the adress he listed for the entire world on his bio page. He even gives lat and long, which I used to get a satellite picture, and I'm pretty satisfied having seen where he lives.

OK, so maybe he does exist. That does not change the fact that the W3C is one of the most stupid organizations in the world. For the record: I'm not saying that he doesn't exist, I'm just saying that there is evidence that he doesn't exist.
