    To answer your first question........ you need to set it to 3d volume trigger in the trigger list. Go to "Edit" Area Triggers and select the trigger number in the list and make sure "3D Volume Trigger" is checked.

    and your 2nd question: That is what Elapse is supposed to do but I just tried it on my game and it doesn't work. that's kind of odd. the only other thing I could think of is If chain..... so it looks like this.

    If event(?) and never() then
    *script action*
    Endif

    if chain(20) and never() then
    *script action*
    endif

    it would be a silly way to do it but it would work. I'm just wondering why the elapse is not working. I've used it before in DFX1 and it worked fine.

    and for your last statement, I'm not exactly sure what you mean. but as for events, each event logic is not exactly tied to each other unless you set it up that way. each event has it's own trigger and it's own action.

    I hope this helps you man!

    Questions:

    How do you set an elevated area trigger ? I don't want the trigger activated until someone is almost all the way up the tower. I elevated the area and verified on the 3D wireframe, but it still activates at gorund level.

    How do you set a delay after a event has happened ? I want something in the WAC file to happen after about 20 seconds and event(?) has happened. ) I tried elapse(), but that counts from game start).

    Maybe I'm not understanding the logic capablity of DFX2, thinking it stores info and waits for things to all come together, OR is it more simple in that ONLY if all events happen at one time will it activate something.

    I would set them all to a single group. and when you're ready to direct them to the waypoint, use any event trigger you want, and use "Redirect Group" as the event action. then just redirect that group to the waypoint list.

    Hope this helps man, if not feel free to ask!
