Dear NovaWorlders,
As a part of making NovaWorld a better place to visit, we are announcing some new guidelines for warnings and banning. Starting today the following rules will apply for all of NovaWorld. These rules will be in addition to the user guidelines which are already in place and can be found in the “Terms and Conditions” section of this site: https://www.novaworld.com/NWCommunities/termsofuse.aspx
If any breach of the rules outlined in the above link under section 1.0 RULES OF CONDUCT occurs, then the offending user will be subject to the following new system.
Warning System
We will warn people 3 times before we permanently take away posting privileges
The First offense is a simple warning received via a PM
The Second is a warning and a 3 day suspension of their posting privileges
The Third is a warning and a 10 day suspension of their posting privileges
On the Fourth offense they will be banned from posting.
NovaLogic reserves the right to directly ban people based on the severity of the original offense.
In addition, all users who are abusing the User Moderators will automatically receive a 3 day suspension on their account. The User Moderators are here to help you and NovaLogic will not allow them to be abused in any way. If a user has an issue with a specific Moderator they can bring it up with a different moderator via a PM. If they feel as though they were treated unfairly after bringing the issue up with 2 different User Moderators they can contact Marketing directly for a final say.
We appreciate everyone’s support in the implementation of these guidelines and we look forward to talking with all of you in the forums.
