New Rule Added: NovaHQ.net Tournaments

It has come to my attention that several squads that have signed up for the NovaHq.net tournaments do infact use a bandwidth manager. This tool makes yourself and maybe even the server lagg to give yourself an unfair advantage. It is considered a cheat. Anyone caught using this tool will be kicked and/or banned from the NovaHQ.net tournaments for life.

you need to edited this one rule JOTR do not take SS in PCX it do it in PNG formate OK add this in OK.

PCX or PNG into the rule OK. say the default Screen-shot of the type of game you are playing in.

other wise you get a screen shot of JOTR or JOTR:E edited into save PCX

2. Accessions: To claim someone is cheating, you must provide proof with an un-edited screen shot in the original format (*.pcx). The screen shot will be looked at and decided upon by the novahq.net tourney staff.(Consult EDGE or ux*Tecoma2)

PunkBuster has JOTR: Serials setup that way so it better to look over when they take SS of the player in the game, so novalogic made it default PNG so Punkbuster can see more detail in the SS and easy see if it been edited too.
