I have a few questions

Im new to the sig designing thing so i would like to have some questions answered.
1.What is best program to animate?
2.Where is the best place to get pics for sigs?
3.How do I add boarders to my sigs?
If i could get these questions answered i would appreciate it.
THANK YOU,
Scream

dont listen to skin on how to make a border...merging layers ****s them.

make a new layer on top of everthing and then click select>all.

then click Edit>stroke

and chose what size u want ur border and the color

then hit ctrl+d to deselect everything

the bg has to be with the text, then make your end product (the end of the animation) and tween them. if you make the bg seperate from the text, the animation will go bg > text > end
