MOVING TABLES IN DB

Hi all, i want to move some tables from one database to another.

How do i do it?
I tried to copy the table (when open in a word .doc but that didn't work) so how is it done?

Also if anyone knowsw about php-nuke ....
Is it possible to post news on 2 sites but only post it once ?
I have 3 sites and want the to post news on site A & B and have it all show on site C.

I know this must be a hard one to answer as i have asked in 4 of the best nuke site around but noone ever answered it.

I guess the best way to go about "moving" tables would be to

Copying INSERT code from DB "A" to DB "B" and DROP the same tables in DB "B"

No idea about PHP-NUKE. PHP-NUKE can be hacked. So try to stay away from it.
