shout not refresh

Hello, (excuse for my bad english),
i have installed the script, goes all ok, but to see the new message from an othe PC, need perform the refresh of page manually; otherwise the new post is not visible... because?

It's not ment to do that, it's a simple shout out script, if you want something that refreshes your looking for a chat script..
