RollEyes My poor puter....

well my windows 10 crapped out agn also my backup win 10 also did
so i installed w10 on a smaller drive a 1tb so i could back all my important files
all my docs music pix and my novalodgic games one drive and steam games.
it took a 3 tb and 2 1tb drives. i backed up the 3tb drive files then used the 3tb drive to backup my 6TB drive files then reformated and reinstalled w10 back onto the 6TB drive....i backed up the entire steam folder 1.1 TB total... i reinstalled the steam app the copied the steam folder back onto the 6TB drive and all the installed games showed up as installed and i played one of the cod games it installed vc redist and directx9 and started playing , about 6 games started updateding....my music was about 92GB and pix about 17gb
makes me mad MS dont know how to do stuff right...

do like i do, install the OS on a stand alone drive and install the programs on a secondary drive. this way if the OS goes Tango Uniform you don't have to worry about losing data or having to mess with backing up from the OS drive.. i have my Windows OS installed on a SSD and that is all that is on the drive.
