New df Server?

hey gang, well well well, i cant live without this game, lets say i started playing it in 99 and till this day i havent found a game that i enjoyed as much as DF1.. so im here to ask if anyone still plays this game and would know where i can rent a 24/7 server so that its up all the time for us old schoolers... i would make it TDM, with the original maps, whats better than that huh?? if anyone would like to give me a hand ( i will be paying for all the expenses to run server) please add me on msn : thiagobr03@hotmail.com

and recently today I found a server called UB Phoenix an old squad server running and its still up right now as im typing this.

about only 6 people play the game in the server 24/7 old school. Its also a deathmatch.

I could host a server 24/7. I got a 2 computers. They are on all the time my parents dont care. I could run it on the old computer. Wouldnt need to rent or anything like that .

I doubt there are any dedicated hosts for this game anymore. Most of the dedicated servers that are running are being hosted on a computer that is being run by a user.

I just recently re-installed df1. I played for a few years back in the day and would like to get back into a little play time. I'm not sure I have the most recent update if anyone could help. I could also host games as i'm on fast cable connection. I'm not sure how many people still play this game anymore, but any help would be appreciated.

ok i downloaded the patch but get error saying that can't change df.exe and it shows that 2 files need updated by the patcher. Not sure what is wrong.

The servers aren't rocking but we do play once in awhile and there are servers up right now (But another custom one would be cool)
