DFX2 BO Mod

Error: Unable to load Macro strings. It says Angel Falls up there. Did they finally release the game? Anyway, I just loaded the BO mod over top the original game and got this error. The BO mod installs like the DFX SO Mod, right? If not I did it wrong. Any help?
