My sql ?

Does any one here have skills at creating a basic web host with MYSQL and website in PHP so our squad can host stats like the ones we are currently using as the host we are using now wont be around for much longer.
Currently we host our stats at Thors thunder site and the JO stats are working for now and I have both JO and DFX2 hots side scripts and server side scripts. but I would like to have a Basic Website PHP to host our own stats.
I know it will cost.
Thanks

Hey there Chopper/Scott I could use a little help/advice myself.

I've got a site up and running and I've got an SQL database running OK but I can't get the PHPBB3 Forum part working.

Is there a better PHP application I can use to do it?

Here's the forum URL...

Thanks for the quick answer.

I must have made a mistake during the Forum install and ended up locked out of it and it's all screwy anyway.

Can't reset it, it just keeps the errors and I've had to redo the SQL twice.

I just don't know what I'm doing at all really.

Not sure what you are locked out of though? You cannot login to the boards? It's a little hard to explain, but empty the database you used when you installed the script, and re-upload the whole thing. Then reinstall it

Yes I did that twice.

What happens is I can set it up as an administrator but just can't log in to the site as a user.

PS
I can see that Admin is online but I can't join-in in any way.

If I go as admin I'm isolated from interaction with the site.

I can only control settings from the admin panel.

That seems really odd... You may want to ask for some help over at https://www.phpbb.com, they are very helpful

Thanks Scott, even the host trouble-shooter was stumped so it's a real doozy.

We used to use Ipower that was set up by Witewolf who fell off the face of the earth several years ago- he had the site set up with Dragonfly https://dragonflycms.org/
It seemd to work very well. I dont know the code but he did.

There are some forums there made with it.

Thank you.

mmmm I was looking at CMS a while back but the advice from the hosting tech was that a CMS wasn't necessary for what I wanted... Thing is all I want is for it work....

Thanks again btw... and I'm still looking into it but it's not an urgent thing yet because there's nothing to form a community around yet.

Not yet Scott, probably because I haven't set any time aside to really tackle the problem - busy times.

SRY - That has nothing to do with NovaHQ, Novalogic or THQ Nordic.

It's a forum for account holders only and not viewable by the public.

You will get ERROR 404 if you go there as it has now been moved.
