phpuploader doesn't seem to upload

phpuploader doesn't seem to upload

I'm on in dreamhost. I created uploads with 777 chmod under uploader.php directory, also under root to be sure.

In the end, after uploading a 10 Mo file, it shows nothing in either directory.

Anything I missed ?
