i've been meaning to somehow get a copy od that, can't download it and it they won't send it out to me, i probably go to the US consulate to see if they have some....

Y cant you dl it? Its up for dl on several sites. If you are on dialup it will take a while but worth it. If you like I cant mail it to ya on disk. Should be in recruiting offices soon so can get you original disk. I do love that game. The realism is unbeleivable. Dont get me wrong Im a die hard DF fan. But I think AA is pretty kool.

it's not that i'm on dialup i've got ADSL it's just the download limits are very pathetic and downloading it would probably put me over.I'm sure the embassy/consulate will have them when it comes out on disk

I checked it out.. I like it better than BHD. I still ain't any good at it. Tooo much DF blood in me. But I thought it was worth a free look. And wow I actually like it.

I think it's pretty fun. But I doubt I would play it for long if I got into it. The thing I hate most about it is the netcode. If your ping is over 200 then the gfx's get all messed up and glitchy.

You can flush the RAM using ~ (tilda) and then type flush

Its a great game, especially as its free, just needs team mates who can recognise people on there own side as they kill me more than the enemy.
If you are having problems getting hold of a copy then keep an eye out on computer mag. cover discs, as in UK it has been given away on the front of 2 mags so far.

America's Army Operations is available for download at americasarmy.com, as well as several other places, such as nvidia.com, fileshack.com, etc. The cd's, I heard, were to be distributed to local recruiting stations, but I haven't been to any in a long time, so I don't know if they're available yet or not. As for the "teammates shooting you" thing, it's pretty easy to tell the teams apart: Your team, no matter which team you're on, will be wearing backpacks. The OpFor team will not. See militarysim.com for more tips, tricks, etc on AA.

LOL TFD went back in the tray after my first installation. That game was crap. As for AA that game is incredible. I love the realisim. The reaction to all the weapons. Man Of course now they have to come out with patches every day for me to really get into it. I complete every patch the day it comes out. LOL.

well i just got it and i think its well pukka i cant get enough of it but the only prob is 4 me is that when i enter any building i get well bad frame (video) lag and not sure WHY ?? i have a
