Frames+HTML

Anyone know of any tutorials to include frames in HTML or the code to insert frames to a designated area?

I would suggest Dreamweaver orso to make frames, because you see what it will look like.

And its easyer to make them then.

I used DW for www.katanagfr.nl still online my very first site.... looks awfull...
