Self refresh

I dno how to do it lol... u know like on the shoutbox, post a shout and it'l refresh itself automatically? how do u do that? if u do it to the file then it does this > www.xing-designs.com/shoutbox.php ...help ?

nevermind ... ... ... the solution is to have the form action to do an echo to itself
