I think I have some sort of internal problem here
I've tried different locations with different permissions.
Different startup params.
Investigated the VirtualStore folders.
I've tried turning off NtfsDisableLastAccessUpdate all with no result.
In Windows 10 Home
I used the 205c shim and all seemed fine with object and tile data view-able (thanks guys) but now when I make a new event in the Editor, it saves as a (NULL) event.
In Windows 10 Pro
No shims needed and all working OK
This is probably (but not certainly) because I removed it from the internet and locked it down at the Nov 2017 update.
