Base Raping is considered cheating no matter how u look at it..cheating = making it unfair for others to be able to play the game. That's really not what a cheat is. If everyone had trainers in a game (using a trainer is cheating) then it wouldn't be unfair for anyone but yet it's still cheating. And it's not making it unable for them to play the game, if they can't play the game because of base raping they should be expecting to get on a decent squad because base raping happens with all of the best squads.
