Yes, single player.
I have two copies of the game, too... I (after a few years) tried buying a second one because I was hoping that a new copy would fix the problem.
Nope... exactly the same problem.
My PC has also gone through numerous changes since I first started playing... so it would be nothing to do with my PC.
