u describe a frame rate problem at first but u should not have that problem with ur gfx card and set up.
the connection lag will have nothing to do with the frame rate at all.
i cant figure out why you would have a problem online but not on your own, it doesnt make sense at all.
this happens on all the online games when you go in a tunnel?
