I personly don't consider that entierly his fault. The storage rack should be secured in such a way that it will not collaps if a forklift runs into it in low speed (which this was) if it is common to have forklifts around them. I have seen alot worse hit's of these kinds of racks, repeatadly without anything happening.

Yes he did hit the rack but it should not have been enough to make it collapse.
