I don't think anyone at Nova HQ blindly follows what Nova do as there are critisisms of Nova on these borads from time to time. Having said that Nova HQ is a pro Nova website and Nova have produced some of the most popular on line games ever made hence such a large community.
We also have to remember that games such as Counter Strike are enormously popular and there are always new titles being released by many games manufacturers so there is stiff competition for gamers out there
