hi all great site allways visiting
My problem is connection interupts
when i play in any server i get cis sometimes long enough to punt me sometimes no cis mmmm ? ,yet my connection is great im on adsl 512k
my pc is amd 2000+ ,512m ram ,ati 128 9200se, running on winxp pro fully updated
when playing i use ventrillo speech and ask if any others have a ci they dont and my vent is running so its not my internet connection at fault, also it doesnt occur because of loads on screen action it can happen when im in a builing on my own please help me thank you

ps:also if disable zone alarm and avg virus protect still happens
