Flash intro

i need help with adding a flash intro to my webpage..www.e2.dfhq.net the intro is in *wsf.format how would i go about doing this?

umm do u have the .fla file of the intro?

wsf doesn't exist....flash is .swf format.
And not specificly made with Macromedia flash. Can be made with swish, flash, coffeecup-flash, 2d3dflash-animator. Go to: http://www.flashkit.com for programme downloads.
