piracy doesn't ruin good games. Good games get people to buy them because you can't pirate it and play it online. Crysis had **** online play and **** play in general.

I dont see why they are complaining they intended on making money by selling the engine.maybe there's no buyers because it's a crap engine.

I was so excited for crysis, bought it the day it came out and haven't even finished the first level. I've even upgraded to quad core but havent bothered playing it .

It's a stupid game, the graphics aren't that much better than cod4, and it runs so bad, its made sponsored by intel and nvidia so that it forces users to keep buying video cards they don't need. Why would you upgrade from a nvidia 7800 if that runs cod4 on high graphics fine, theres a big gap from cod4 which is the 2nd best looking game imo and even ut3, to crysis. You can either get a 7800 and play the rest but not crysis, or go all out and spend so much money just to get good graphics in crysis.

the gameplay is average as well. I hope that was just novalogic trying to talk the game up.

I must say, I think COD4 has great gameplay and good graphics, even though I play on the lowest settings lol

the guns seem to shoot through everything that you would expect, some guns suck at shooting through walls as others pwn at shooting through walls

i really start to think they not going to release a game at all. they are waiting to a buy out and hoping this rumor will jump their price up for the buy out.

It depends on if it is their own engine or someone else's if they can buy a good engine then it would be cake to make a game for them.

If they are making everything then it will take a while yes.

Imagine if the noobs start flaming Nova and tell them to release the game as soon as possible. Then it gets released, and the noobs start complaining, "omfg glitches everything".

You do know this year marks DF1's 10th year? It was released in 1998.

DF1 was also released in November 1st, 1998. Maybe we'll see a title in November 1st, 2008? Or somewhere late 2008?

I have a feeling Nova will celebrate 10 years of DF - I mean, every other company out there has done it. It would be a shame for them not to celebrate in some way. :/
