i got a question, im kinda a n00b at webdesign....so ill send u the link and see if u can explain to me how to make the frames like that.


i know how to make frames...just not like the one in the middle of the page like that

You have to make your design in tables first, then incert a frame into the cell you want. You said the middle one so incert the inline frame into the middle cell.
