How to change Game UI
 

Hi, is that possible to make a mod or something to create custom color IN GAME User interface, for example change language or colors of a bars.

You'll have to define "bars." Do you mean the HUD?

If it works like the earlier games I've modded, you can change the HUD rather easily through a combination of editing graphic files and other files packed in the .PFF. If I'm not mistaken, I think BHD even has a HUD.DEF file.

I'd start looking through that file and see what you can find.

Apparently you can run most games in wire-frame cartoony or pastels styles

Try some commands from the consol in-game (single player or map don't experiment online) or use switches in the shortcut command line parameters. I used to do it in quake and stuff.

Don't ask me how now but I am sure you can find out by trying a google search for any game commands that might work as they are all similar. especially the ones from the shortcut command-line

is this the first delta force or is it Delta Force: X.....

i would think you maybe able use "add + remove" or "Programs and Features"

select un-install see if there a option to "change" from there maybe able to change it to your language text wise, think the sound bit or voice over is stander English thou

if there no option you see has "change or change setting" cancel don't UN-install completely
