Any Future With DF?
 

Hey all,

I used to play all the Delta Force series, spent hours building and designing maps, built a small DF website and loved every minute of it. Since then I've moved on to other FPS games with the latest being Crysis. What's being happening with Novalogic? Were they bought out by another company and is there any future with a new game ever coming out from them? Miss the good old days with them...

Its so quit there that they muist be developing something.. We only dont know what...

they been saying they are working on a brand new game engine to make up a whole new game with, but tell you the truth it do feel they going dead and this be their last chance to come back alive or it will brake them.

it maybe 2009 before we see another game from them, way they going at it.

NL said they were developing a new PC game but it was maybe 2 years ago since anything was said iirc. i guess console games are more profitable but NL's releases are few and far between these days :/

they been saying things for 2yrs as steve stated above, but thing is like tell a kid no game for you another year that be total of three years without a game, talk is cheap, there no tailer of the name game they working on ether how it coming along ether.

best buy some other game and seat back hope novalogic, inc still there for us when they ever release a game, maybe in the next 1-10yrs.

there been a lot of people sneaking screen shot of the game they working on but we all know things may not be the same when a game is release.

i hope it a good clean game without any freaking super bad glitches in it.

then again when they release it to the public it maybe outdated for the times as will.

BHDTS was the last Delta Force game I really played even though I did purchase JO-Combined Arms it never really had the same feel to me personally. What FPS multi-player games are you ppl playing now and do you still play any of Novalogic's games on a regular basis? Did DF-Xtreme ever really catch on as I did buy that game too...

FarCry / Crysis are my favourite non DF games right now with Farcry 2 coming out in the spring of 08.

Novahg.net was and still is one of the best Delta Force websites I was ever able to find and I did upload and share my old maps with the community here way back when...

it looks alright, kinda wish it and crysis were combined though to be a less buggy more featured game.

i love the whole fire thing, in far cry 2 you can get a flamethrower and set the forrest on fire, the wind (which can change) will blow the fire just like a bushfire and you can burn down the enemies base and win.
