DF1 not working.

And the fix present here crashes.

do esc still work ?
the server prolly used the novahq df version with dynamic ports patch (for a odd reason new routers blocked this)

its just a different winsock method

but client who do not use the delta force version from novahq cant join i think

so it might be stuck here it cant connect therefore it doesnt continue

The game itself doesn't work, not even single player.

What version? CD, Steam, GOG etc?

I don't know.

Well without knowing which version it's not easy but if it is a CD version or a ISO then I have encountered DF not launching on non-update.

what did it fix up ? the update or the dynamic ports change ?

If CD/iso install; the game needs to be updated to 1.00.03.03P to launch or it hangs on the above screen (not sure why as I wanted to compare some differences between non-update and encountered this) while launching, not even presenting the Choose Soldier select screen prior to the Main Menu.

The join server screen is actually subtly different and doesn't have the cut out box window for heading at the top.

i remember when the 3.03p patch happend

i didnt upgrade it for a while and i reconized that you can still play the older version

it leaded to a other novalobby list with other nova servers even

in the past i made a copy but i lost it long ago

i dont remember the patch version either

I've looked through the non-update files. That was the Lobby url in 1.00.02.00P.
