help.. lol
hey well im working on a small site that has BF2 stats and sigs on it (yes i know the bandwidth useage.. and have enough)..
the sigs wont work so i asked about it on the forums.. this is the reply.. http://www.gamingmad.com/e107_plugin...wtopic.php?679 i have no idea how to do that part, ive tried but cant get it :( |
Sorry, i don't understand what you are getting at?
|
i have to fill in that code to match my host... but i dont know how to do it
|
Alrighty,
So wherever it says: [WHATEVER YOUR PATH IS], [WHATEVER YOUR PATH IS] will be the path where /e107_plugins/bf2sig_menu/sig.php?id=$1 [NC] resides. So like http://www.novahq.net/e107_plugins/bf2sig_menu/excetera |
still cant get it to work, if i have my site on a sub directry, would it need to be http://www.myfileplace/site2/e107..?
|
I would assume so.
Try it, and if it doesn't work revert it to just the local directory path. |
tried that...
even tried http://www.myfileplace/public_hmtl/site2/e107..? this has lost me completely now |
From what I can tell, your path should be
/site2/e107_plugins/bf2sig_menu replace [WHAT EVER YOUR PATH IS] to site2. at least in every thing I have done, the path is always relative to the domain. hth, IcI |
done that, finally will show on the site but gives an error when u try to use it
|
all the files properly uploaded?
permissions properly set? The changes you made to the script, any of those mess it up? (Proper syntext). IcI |
i done exactly as instructed, re-uploaded the files.. and thats what i got :S
